What this service covers
Getting a piece of land ready to build on, farm, or just use again takes more than a chainsaw. We clear trees, brush and undergrowth off house lots, fields, pastures and larger parcels with a compact track loader, and leave the ground clean and workable when we're done.
We'll walk the property with you first and agree on what comes out and what stays — the shade tree by the house, the line of pines along the road, whatever matters to you. After that the attachment follows the job. The mulching head grinds standing brush and saplings down where they are, the grapple picks up trunks and limbs and moves them off, and the bucket pushes up whatever is left. Every parcel is different in size, density and access, so we price the actual scope after we have seen it, never off a phone call.

02What we bring
The kit for land clearing
The work runs off a JCB compact track loader. What changes from job to job is the attachment on the front of it.
For land clearing that’s the mulcher head, grapple and bucket. The same loader takes the stump grinder too, so the attachment gets picked to suit what’s actually on the ground.
