Ditches & drainage
Ditches cut in or opened back up, so standing water has somewhere to go.
01The work
What this service covers
Water is what ruins a piece of ground, and the fix is usually a ditch that either was never cut or has silted in and grown shut. We cut new ditches and reopen old ones with a bucket on the front of a compact track loader, shaping the bank as we go so the water runs instead of sitting.
Wet spots out in a field, a drive that holds water every time it rains, a field border that has silted up, a ditch line lost under brush — that's the work. We'll walk it with you first, because where the water actually goes matters more than where it looks like it ought to, and the fall you have to work with decides what's possible. Once we've seen it you'll get a price for the real job.

02What we bring
The kit for ditches & drainage
The work runs off a JCB compact track loader. What changes from job to job is the attachment on the front of it.
For ditches & drainage that’s the bucket. The same loader takes the mulcher head, grapple and stump grinder too, so the attachment gets picked to suit what’s actually on the ground.
On this job
- Bucket
All of it runs off the same JCB compact track loader.
