Food plots & hunting trails
Plots opened up and trails cut through cover, left ready for you to plant.
01The work
What this service covers
A food plot or a trail is a mulching job before it is anything else. We open a plot in standing woods or take back one that has grown over, and we cut trails and shooting lanes through cover with a mulching head on a compact track loader. The brush and saplings get ground down where they stand and left as a layer on the ground, so there's no pile to burn and nothing to haul back out of the woods.
Where a plot sits, how wide a lane runs and which way it faces is your call — you know the property and you know the deer. Tell us where you want it and we'll cut it. What we don't do is plant it: no discing, no seeding, no fertilizer. You get open ground and a clean lane, and the planting is yours.

02What we bring
The kit for food plots & hunting trails
The work runs off a JCB compact track loader. What changes from job to job is the attachment on the front of it.
For food plots & hunting trails that’s the mulcher head. The same loader takes the grapple, bucket and stump grinder too, so the attachment gets picked to suit what’s actually on the ground.
On this job
- TOMA-AX 700HF mulcher head
All of it runs off the same JCB compact track loader.
